RE: General Music Discussion
Was doing some general surfing on the interweb as you do and came across a little gem i'd like to share with you kind people.
If you're as old as me cough34cough then you'll remember the 8bit days, Commodore,Atari,Spectrum,Acorn,Sega,Nintendo and so on.Well if you liked the music from these machines as I do, it sparks off a lot of memories more than general music for me, then i'm guessing you'll enjoy the genius of this Uber Nerd: [Edit] OH i forgot to tell you this guy not only plays this instrument obviously, but he also took it apart and redesigned it to output these 8bit sounds. He has a link on his youtube page if you're interested on how he did it. |

RE: General Music Discussion
That was ace! Thanks for that little gem. There's an 8bit music making app on the iPhone, but it would take ages to make something that sounds as cool as those tunes.
